Test 1: Anilox Roll, no protection Using a stereo microscope at 200X magnification, a fracture was detected in the ceramic coating of the anilox roll at an impact height of 2.5 inches. Mass striking the roll from this distance was 86.9 grams or the equivalent of two C-cell batteries. See picture at left. |
